Protected Structure, Heytesbury Street

The project at Heytesbury Street, Dublin called for the construction of a lower ground floor extension and overall renovation of an existing terraced property which was also a protected structure. The design called for a a single storey extension at lower ground floor level which would also support the existing two storey return to the building. The structural design is deceptively simple, with no visible structural elements on display.

The project was featured in The Gloss Magazine and was shortlisted for the RIAI public choice awards in 2014.
